How can they end it like this? 😭 There better be a sequel announcement.

This turned out to be peak battle shounen.

The last episode felt like a 24 minute trailer for season 3… No announcements feel even more brutal because of that…

I still think it’s the most beautiful shounen out there. Sure, JJK has more incredible fights, Chainsaw Man looks like a high budget movie but in terms of pure ascetics this show is the best.

The only thing I didn’t like was that shitty censorship. We can show humans being killed in the most brutal ways but God forbid slight nudity. If they’re so afraid of that then just don’t include those scenes at all! It’s not like they’re necessary to the plot…

Yeah, this was definitely better than season one. More fleshed-out characters and including the perspective of the antagonists worked well. Ending with a cliffhanger is not great, but at least Yuzuriha fans can sleep soundly. She just needed a breather and a change of clothes. I don’t love such fake-out deaths, but oh well – it’s not like anyone else other than Tensen died in this battle

Same, but it’s not the 1st time they did this. I never really bought her dying because of it

        Same here.

On the one hand, it’s like the boy who cried wolf - too many times and nobody would expect anyone to die. (Though it can be a 300 IQ move by the writer so that an actual death down the road would catch viewers off guard.)

On the other hand, I like happy endings.
