Winter season is rapidly approaching! It’s time to start looking ahead to the next season and thinking about what is worth watching vs. what isn’t. This is also the official thread where I will watch for shows that you mention and will enable threads for those shows to be made by our resident bot, @rikka@ani.social.

Past Seasons
I completed Trigun Stampede and am one-third of the way through Hell’s Paradise. Honestly, the stories are nothing new, but they are interesting enough to keep my attention for now (and to continue with the sequels next season).
Trigun Stampede is yet another Final Fantasy / Land of the Lustrous / Heavenly Delusion clone. Hell’s Paradise is basically a John Wick prequel in a historical + fantasy setting.

Is Gnosia continuing? Livechart doesn’t seem to think so. (If it is, I’m going to have even more work to do sorting out my schedule.)
Things I know I’ll be sampling that no one seems to have mentioned yet:
If you look at the BD/DVD release schedule, they have 7 releases planned, each of the same price, releasing 1 per month with no interruptions, the 1st one is known to contain 3 episodes, so the series is most probably longer than 13 episodes and will not be split cours.
It could still be 3-2-2-2-2-2-overpriced special, though. I suppose we’ll see.
Now that I’ve read Dogsred (same mangaka) I really want to get into Golden Kamuy but unfortunately I just don’t see myself catching up by the start of the season - or even the end of it tbh.
Man, I am so hyped for this season, I’ve been looking forward to this for months now. Trigun, Frieren, JJK, Oshi no Ko, it’s just STACKED. Non-zero chance I may have to put somethings on the backburner until the season over even.
