Decided to give this one a shot, so I watched the first episode, plus about half of this one, and that was all I could take.
It’s all paint-by-numbers - the setup is silly and forced, he’s an empty shell to whom cliches are assigned as needed by whatever tropish scene is currently playing out, and she’s just pointlessly awful.
Talking is a great solution for solving problems within a relationship. This second episode gave me high hopes for the future of this anime. I hope it continues to improve with each episode.
Ngl I’m enjoying this one. Overcoming differences in relationship is very important and although 90% of the time it’s a guy’s fault for being lazy etc we get to see that his childhood wasn’t exactly easy and he could pick up a lot of bad habits from his parents.
Binged the first two episodes. It’s about 33% funny and enjoyable, 33% infuriating, and 33% nails on a chalk board. If the setup wasn’t so stupid, the mains were not such push overs, and the arguments were toned down a touch I would like it better, but as it is… looks like they are either going to gaslight each other into a relationship or endlessly bicker and neither is for me.
