    I will take an MC that knows he is hot shit over a bland, boring MC any day.

    While I agree in general, I still found this MC to be unlikable. Where are the good rom-com MC’s of seasons past? Where are the Ryūjis (toradora), Houtarous(Hyouka), Yuutas (Chu2Koi), Hachimans (oregairu), etc?
