THIS is how a 3d anime should look. Everyone looks amazing and keeps the expressiveness and fluid movement that anime is known for. The characters and story are solid, too. You can feel all the emotions and history that haven’t been fully explored yet. For whatever reason, I tend to fall off of music anime (both idol shows and band shows) pretty quick, so I’m not sure if this will end up being for me, but I can tell it will be quality. Too bad the licensing regions are so sparse, lol.
Overall, 4/5 and I’ll stick with it for now
Wow, that had a lot more heart than I was expecting, especially given the disappointing preview MVs.
The running gag about giving the middle finger works brilliantly, and it’s totally rock n roll at the same time.
The 3D characters are done well for a change, there are some small problems with movement, but the editing and shot composition hides it mostly.
The music itself though sounds a little overproduced for buskers.
The best first episode so far this young season.
Done!
Actually decent 3D anime. There are hints in the episode about The Tragic Backstory. I wonder if portrayal of trauma will be accurate. So far it feels kinda off. Is she aware of her emotions or not?
The visual and musical storytelling is superb.
Given how this show is, it’s hard not to compare it with Bang Dream, but it seems to have enough personality to stand on its own. I like the characters and the restaurant scene was so funny it gave me a laughing fit.
I cant find anywhere to watch it the 3D looks really good I want to try it.
Edit: Found it on youtube, the 3D is too smooth and looks to be 30fps. Sad they didnt go with 24 fps with constant interpolation so it feels more 2D
