What story can you even tell from this show in 2 hours? I feel like a lot of the payoffs in the series happen after really long setups and developing characters, I’m not sure a movie works for that format.
TBF large parts of Naruto would have benefited from quicker pacing. I expect they’ll go quite a bit further than that here though!

This movie will fail just because Naruto characters have hair that is impossible to replicate in live action
No matter what it will have that b-movie look right off the bat
