I find some of the stuff listed here is borderline not ecchi. I might risk some criticism here, but for me ecchi needs to have some aspect of sexuality as a core theme, not just coincidentally have thrown in a bit too much fan service.
If you want to try something a bit more adventurous, then Interspecies Reviewers is definitely one of the better ones. Also, Gushing Over Magical Girls was quite decent as well.
That anime not only had me from episode one, but earned my respect from their retaliation episode when Funimation/Crunchyroll dropped the anime. It also happened around the time they were kicking the last of the holdouts on Funimation off of it and the way the over censored Inner Species and Harem in a Labyrinth made me finally cancel my subscription.
Oooo what was the retaliation episode? I didn’t know about that. I dropped Crunchyroll like five years ago when they had a horrible UI change that sucked.

Would you consider DanMachi ecchi?
Yeah but only on the mild side.
They push most of the ecchi tropes into the ova and spin off series.
Ah I forgot about Interspecies Reviewers! Absolutely loved both the anime and manga.

The gang was “killed”. It was like the first third-ish of the episode. I believe it was episode 2 or 3.
Y’know I was genuinely surprised by it. Like the concept is certainly rather suspect, but then it turned out to actually be quite lewdly wholesome.
I haven’t read the manga yet, but I suppose I should. I might save it until I go up another grade level or two in my Japanese studies, though.
