Sometimes it feels like you can just tell when an author’s heart isn’t really in it, like they don’t have a story they want to tell, they just need to be writing because it’s their job, and this definitely seems like one of those. The characters are pretty weak (their only traits are annoying ones) and the camping portions don’t feel like they’re really meant to sell the audience on the hobby the way a lot of hobby anime try to. Overall, I give the premiere a 2/5.

This lacks all the charm of Yuru Camp and FMC is annoying.
