I am a bit curious how the world building is handled and how there was no ancient philosophers that had studied basic stuff like magic phenomena and lights coming out of animals having sex.
I wonder how good of a scientists Shion is. So far he has basics of an experiment but not much more scientific method as far as I can see.
Still underage incest is very degenerate so IDK if I will stomach it, and the writing and story aren’t helping it.
P.S at least there is new season of Dr. Stone
Oh.
0 to 100
Who the fuck should I blame???
The staff for picking this for an adaptation,
The author for even creating it
Or the Japanese public that have enough interest to warrant it’s creation?
At least this isn’t ecchi like “Gushing over Magical Girls”.
it’s not a fishing isekai but it’s in a world where there is no magic(?) but a magic that can be created
- It turns out this wasn’t Making Magic. I am aware that this case of mistaken identity is entirely on me, but that doesn’t change that my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
- Is the setup really that he triggered his magic by feeling the same thing for his sister as two animals in heat?
- I’m intrigued though. I’ve never seen a isekai story being told from an outsider POV. Between this and the slow pace it’s enough for me to give it at the very least some more episodes.
Ah yes, my favorite isekai, “That Time I Unlocked Magic Powers By Flirting With My Sister”. In all seriousness, though, I did find it interesting that they chose to tell an isekai story from someone else’s POV - it felt refreshing and gave the anime a bit of a head start in a very crowded field. However, the plot seems pretty bland and this episode was overwhelmingly devoted to setting up an incestuous ship, so uh, that goodwill only goes so far. I give the premiere a 2/5.
