You have reported this post (I cannot reply directly to reports). This one is slightly complicated. The main relevant rules are “No NSFW” and “No lewdness”. I don’t think it directly breaks any rules. It is SFW: we don’t see anything we shouldn’t see. Is it lewd? The situation seems more like “dummy Tsukasa is clumsy again” then a lewd situation. Important factors are the fact that no one is behind her or other context to make it lewd and that we don’t have a dodgy camera angle. Things like that would definitely change my judgement. I do understand the concern though just by the skirt lift being present. But I don’t think it has a porn like quality though, as your report mentions.
According to downvotes here it is controversial. According to danbooru it rated G. I have seen this picture before on danbooru. Not quite my vibe, sure, but neither something I will remove. Another consideration with things like this is: is the picture any worse than what the show itself contains? I have been watching some episodes lately, and it’s kinda more sus than I remember. Certainly it has scenes that are way more sus than this. I do usually keep my communities a little cleaner than the source material though, but we can’t be more holy than the pope so to say.

@kiri@ani.social: remember that this community is one of the purest there is when it comes to anime and has a certain audience for which anything even possibly relating to any lewdness is immediately controversial. We don’t want people to feel that there is no anime place to go if they wish to not see anything lewd/sus.
As the anime dad of this house I impart on you that we don’t ignore anyone’s concerns but we also don’t judge with haste nor exaggeration.

It’s hard to tell what art is safe to post or not, and I’ve never seen such terrible upvote stats in the Lucky Star community, so I totally agree about this post and will try my best.
