Interesting to hear, I’m kind of the opposite. I re-watch this type of moments once in a while. The bitter sweet ones like the K-ON moment really get the heart going. And the sweet ones like the Gochiusa moment make me feel that there are good things in the world. Music is indeed very important to get the full iyashikei feeling.

Well, it’s hard to explain. Kinda the time when I watched those titles becomes something important for me and the most memorible episodes (or OPs/EDs) are connected to this time very tightly. So if I rewatch those episodes (or whole anime) I will kinda lost this feeling of memories of first time impression in the past. Maybe I just fixated on the past, do not want live in present or smth and I shouldn’t care about it so much. Or maybe it’s like you do not want listen some music too often so it doesn’t become boring to you.

But well, “lucky star” and “yryr, omrk” I rewatched without sorrow/remorse/regret (idk which word is suitable here) cz first time impression wasn’t so long ago (or wasn’t so important for me) and I’m not scared to rewrite/update my memories about period of watching some episodes. Indeed I liked “lucky star” even more after that.

      This spin-off was beautiful.

If I ever watch Gochiusa again, guess I’ll read the manga first, there is new character as I know.
