    So she has a what looks like a non adjustable bench and a barbell, but with no j hooks to unrack it? And with that weight even if you aren’t strong enough to press it you can just let it sit on your chest without dying. Maybe the IRL is that the artist doesn’t go to the gym.

      I think it’s hyperbole, and the joke is how hard it can be to even do small weights if you’ve never done that before.
