      It looks like it’s inspired by the shrine maiden (miko) dress, but it’s not quite it. The backpack is a typical elementary school backpack so it might be a school uniform.

      What you can’t see from this angle is that the backpack is actually a jetpack in disguise, with the exhaust pointing downward. The picture was taken mid air (with the engine currently offline), hence the white background!
