The Faraway Paladin is my recommendation. It’s so far off the normal isekai path that it’s easy to forget it is one, and not a more traditional fantasy story.

And I feel like the Gamma scene worked better in the anime for me. Truly shows just how much she’s just relying on her ridiculous specs while still being awkward and uncoordinated.

I am not very familiar with the WN or the LN, but the industrial setting is the same in the manga, so I wonder if this is something the author decided worked better after the fact.

And just how bad Gamma is really comes across so much better when it’s animated. Probably the highlight of the episode for me.

I really loved the first season, but never got around to watching the second season. I feel like the manga was loosing steam too, but maybe that was just me losing interest. I hope you get it, though.

I’ll have to check it out. I’ve only ever heard positive things about the game and related media.

I find trailers often help feed my hype for seeing something or help tip me for/against seeing something. The second part definitely isn’t going to be in play here, but the first part still can.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End and Delicious in Dungeon for me. Both manga are outstanding fantasy that aren’t isekai and I think will translate really well to being animated.

What is it that you dislike about Jerboa, since Lemmur is now unmaintained? I’m unlikely to spin up a new app, but I think knowing what people want would help either improve Jerboa or at least point anyone who does want to start a new app in the right direction.
