For ones that are playing now, I’m enjoying Magic Maker. The idea that magic hasn’t been invented yet and needs to have tons of research done makes it kind of fresh. The whole “half the population can’t see it” thing is annoying though.
Leftists decided punishing Democrats was more important than the rights of marginalized people living in the US, so now we have Trump. Thanks leftists. You’re the reason we will have concentration camps again.

I’m enjoying Magic Maker. For some reason I’ve not really heard anything at all or negative things about it.
I think the idea that magic hasn’t been invented yet and the main character is a researcher who has to create it from scratch makes this a little more fresh in the isekai genre.
I stopped last season after it became clear their enemy was a giant turtle. Did it get any better?
How is SLF not on this list? Zenshu? This is a weird list.
Thanks for the confirmation. Removing it from my Watchlist.
Is this anime less rapey yet? Reluctant to watch this episode based on my experiences with the last 4.
Really liked this one but I feel the MC should have spent some time teaching others how to use magic rather than just holding it all to himself. It’s shown that even normal humans can use it seeing his sister and friend can both cast. And it sounded like the whole sleeping sickness thing was probably due to normal magical carrying humans not having large enough magical capacity (based on Shion’s observations), something it looks like they can improve with training as both Shion and the friend did (forgot her name).
Having more people around that can see and use magic would help humans put up a better defense against the demons instead of just putting it all on this one kid.
But it’s an isekai anime so I may be applying too much logic here.
