I hate that they use the term “reverse” when describing a female protag but I can absolutely 100% recommend Now and Then Here and There. I don’t see the mention of the .Hack series. Sign is by far the best.

So there is a time skip of a few years and he and his people of interest are consenting adults.
I see your point and totally understand. I think at least from the authors’ perspective it was the girl’s decision and he got swept up into it. Honestly I think the author did it to generate buzz/controversy/get people talking. At least in the anime they kept it to the main character’s thoughts rather than in front of the camera. Maybe the author is just a creep though. They need to make good fantasy anime.
I feel most stopped there. It does pave the way for future character growth and I like of forget the guy was reincarnated at times. From the outside his behavior is natural to everyone only we know what’s going through his head. And he legitimately suffers for a while afterwards. The scene is important to the plot.
I’m not sure about Gundam but I was watching through Dragonball z and sometime during the Android saga, Bulmas computer starts running a program and it looked pretty accurate but I’m not really able to program.
I’d say more if a V. Triangle to me has 3 sides.
