To share a similar frustration, on one of the very early Android phones I used to be able to control Pandora using the physical buttons on the phone, so I could skip a song, pause, or go back. Every iteration since then has been worse and worse. After that I was forced to do those things from the lock screen. Now I’m forced to open my phone, and usually click through a few things so I can press skip or thumbs down. Sometimes it displays on the lock screen, but it usually doesn’t. I have no idea what determines if it shows.

Do you know how much that pisses me of when I’m driving? I just want to skip a fucking song and not be bombarded by shit I don’t care about.
