The glowing veins on her face, its her terminal illness, she’s literally dying.
Oh. But sound more like space leprosy.
I can see how you’d get that, but the game frames it as stage 4 cancer (basically).
Also, her strength is derived from a spacebug which became the God of Propagation; unparalleled replication and growth (which is what cancer is).
