I’ve always been interested in one, and have owned… 5? But since the pixel watch finally came out, the big thing for me is that it might save my life. I’m disabled and a stroke survivor so health is… fair, at best, and if I wander out on my own - rare, but it happens - if I slip and hit my head or something, the watch should notice the fall, try to get a response from me, then call 911 with where I am. I even have the lte version, so if my phone is dead, I’m still theoretically safe.

I’ve accidentally tested it once, and it does work as advertised. That, and my pulse readings, once a second on the pw3. Other than that, it’s a watch with a few app notifications turned on, that’s it.
