Those 11 episodes really went by all too fast, I hope we won’t have to wait 7 (5 if we count the movie) years for the next season.

A cherry blossom focused episode! It’s been a while since Rin had a chance to go on a solo camping trip. After the last 2 weeks craziness it’s nice to return to comfy basic camping.

What seemed like a safe investment turned out to be his downfall! Lawrence really has the worst luck, the one time he takes a big loan to buy some armor, the Church decides not to do their yearly crusade.

Poor man is honestly handling it pretty well, given everyone turned their backs on him and he’s about to become a slave in 2 days. Even when he snapped at Holo, he stopped himself almost immediately, albeit what’s done is done.

Kazuma’s party are the sort of people who win a lottery and then proceed to spend the entire money in a matter of months, going right back to being completely broke. I wouldn’t be surprised if they somehow manage to get themselves into a huge debt by not paying attention to their actual finances at all.

This episode was pure chaos! The butterfly effect was in full action too, adding the two dogs into the memories messed up the reality pretty badly. Next week - more food! Good thing Nadeshiko packed all those snacks!

Kazuma has a rather versatile skill set and is actually surprisingly competent when not being dragged down by his lazy sleazy bastard nature. That and he had a good teammate to actually work with rather than dragging along his usual group of mischief makers.

As I said last episode, the desire is irresistible! Even Ayano succumbs to it’s mighty pull!

Nadeshiko became a train enthusiast, she would fit right in here on Lemmy! That death bridge really traumatized our poor bike gang. Good thing they didn’t go to the Musou suspension bridge (夢想吊橋), I looked up videos on YouTube of that thing and it doesn’t look like a fun time! (well, back when it was still intact that is, no chance of crossing it now.) So ends the Oigawa camping trip, next time it’s time to see what the Outdoors Club has been up to!

This whole operation was one risky gambit that almost didn’t pay off! Good thing Medio Trading was desperate enough to make this entire venture profitable or poor Lawrence wouldn’t even get enough coins to pay off Holo’s new clothes and 3 BARRELS of apples! Girl deserves it after everything she went through, especially with Lawrence stopping her from snacking on Yarei.

Nadeshiko succumbs to the impossible to resist desire to strike a battle pose whenever handling any weapon-shaped object!

A very cooking-heavy episode! Nadeshiko really got inspired by that dam curry, putting all this thought into her own beef stew version of it. It’s great her and Ayano are finally reunited, I hope we get to see this trio go on more camping trips, even if it might not happen this season (can’t believe next episode is already the halfway mark!)

Rin and Ayano are great together, it’s nice that Ayano has a riding buddy now that vibes so well with her!

This episode was so full of tense moments, first the scary tunnel filled with spooky hand-made ghosts, then a surprise rocky road on a mountain cliff, finishing off with the suspension bridge from hell! And your reward for crossing over is a chance to get eaten by wild bears! If this wasn’t a SoL show, I would be seriously worried about our cast!

We’re 4 episodes in and I can say I don’t mind the studio change at all. Yeah, the style is a bit different but the core of the show is still the same. I came for comfy fluff and that’s exactly what I’ve gotten every week!

Lawrence got tangled up in bigger scheme than even he realized. With nobility being involved, it’s no surprise they had an entire town worth of thugs looking for his ass as soon as they found out he’s onto them. Greed got the better of him, it might have been smarter to take the losses and keep your head down than to get involved.

With how goofy Darkness usually is, it’s easy to forget just how insanely durable she actually is, tanking a sword hit with your bare arm with nothing but a slight cut!

It’s finally back! I missed it so much, my weekly dose of comfyness! We got a wholesome flashback of Rin and her grandpa going on her first mini camping trip. I’m glad the talking pine cone gag is still going! Watching Nadeshiko handle a knife made me seriously anxious, if it wasn’t a comfy SoL this girl would be missing 3 fingers by now!

Konosuba as well for sure, I’ve been waiting for a new season for a while! Other than that: Spice and Wolf, Yuru Camp S3 and Slime Isekai (I started reading the light novel some time ago so I’m excited to see this part animated!). Those are the guarantees, but if anything else seems interesting down the line I’ll add it to the pile.

Spring is gonna be a pretty busy season for me, I didn’t realize how many shows I had on my planned list are airing this season!

4 years… It’s almost here! I might have to re-watch season 2 to remind myself of what happened, it’s been so long!

Wonder Egg Priority, what a disappointment that show was. So much promise completely ruined. It’s still a passable watch just for how good the beginning was, but whatever you do, do not watch the special, My Priority. Just pretend the show finished without a proper ending, you will be happier for it.

Cowardly or not, the only tactic that matters is the one that ends the battle with you alive and your enemy not! Concealing your mana seems like an incredibly useful deception tool that I’m surprised isn’t more common in the universe. Then again, it seems like a tactic exclusively meant to deal with demons, and they don’t seem like that common a threat (on the other hand, there is apparently an entire branch of study dedicated to reverse-engineering and improving demon made spells like Zoltraak, so who knows.)
